Funny story for you guys.

My girlfriend and I were writing back and forth in Gmail, a very sappy conversation and she forwarded me a list of jokes, so I forwarded the jokes onto every on my sales team not realizing that the 17 pages of "sappiness" were attached, lets just say my reputation was just shot to hell...oh well it was a good laugh for those who read it.

Well, I have a funnier story. It turns out that the front-end suspesion on my motorcycle was completely taken out of the equation on my motorcycle. When the shop that lowered it (note, they did the modification and put their guarantee on it before I ever even sat on the motorcycle) put the front strap on it, they lowered the front-end to the point where the suspension was rendered useless. This effectively means that that particular motorcycle, in that setup, was verifiably unsafe to ride even at 10 mph in a parking lot. In my situation, even with the world's best motorcyclist on it, would still have gone down.

What makes me the most mad though, is that I was put into a situation, life or death, that I had no control over whatsover. I could understand if the accident was my fault and I had to chalk it up to experience, but knowing now that the motorcycle was a deathtrap before I ever rode it really makes me angry.

What I wonder is can't you sue, not saying you want to, but can't something be done on the next level? I just feel that if what you say is the case, something needs to be done.

Yes, Something can and will be done.

Wow, Mark. Yeah, sue 'em. And I am fundamentally against frivolous lawsuits.
