I did 22.74 seconds...I assume that is pretty decent? I only tried twice, first time I did 1.2 seconds :P

when you first grab the block go to the top left side of the area, you can stay there for like 11 seconds and then just slowly move around...I've only done it a few times but at work the other day I got sucked in for at least 3-5 minutes...it
s addicting.
