Tho does God then still count it as a kill if the kitten didn't die? I figure he should even tho the cat really didn't.

Tho I believe that God should consider a different animal. Tho cats might make great sounds per kill (meow), it would take many kills to do the job. Then again the use of the word tho is so vast that maybe the kills would go quickly.
