False, texas has some hot girls however the hottest girl are surely not found in this country. Some of the hottest chics I've ever seen in my life were in Israel, other than that...no, ur statement is completely false. I will however say that I have met some absolutely fabulous looking girl from texas, but hottest? no, not at all.

I would say neutral

Some are hot, but it is likely that those that are hot are also not so bright which makes them extremely less hot.

I find Midwest girls (Kansas and open over to the Mississippi) to be the most grounded persons and in combination of both hotness and intelligence.
